I have been very helpful with my B-Cure Laser and feel it has been giving me relief to my arthritic knee. However, after approximately eight months use it would no longer recharge.

I contacted them online with chat support and was advised I would get a phone call within 48 hours. This was received within 24 hours. The after sales care agent went through a trouble shooting procedure. She called me three times in quick succession and after referring to the technical department arranged to return my product and have a new one sent out. A very smooth procedure.

I received my new device two days later and had follow up emails and a call to check all was ok. I’m not often impressed these days but their after sales service deserves top marks and has definitely impressed me plus I’m back up and running with my B-Cure Laser treatment.
